My friend Travis and I did our usual warm-up of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min. Then we moved on to a few different sets of kettlebell and bodyweight moves.
- Double KB Military Presses supersetted with Jungle Gym Chin-Ups
- Kettlebell Clean & Presses, 15/15 for 10-min
- Repeat #1.
- Kettlebell Swing, 30/30 for 10-min
We didn’t concern ourselves too much with reps for the Chins and Military Presses, instead just focusing on good form and stopping short of failure. I guess I did between 6-8 reps per set of each.
