Worked-out with my friend Travis today. Warmed-up with Hindu Squats and Push-ups, 15/15 for 10-min. Next, Jungle Gym Chins. I did 4 sets of 6.
Next: Long Cycle Kettlebell Clean & Jerks for 12-min, switching hands every 5-reps, followed by KB Swings, 30/30 for 8-min. We’re increasing the time spend on Long Cycle while decreasing the time spent on Swings as we work towards our goal of 20-min straight of Long Cycle.
