Lots to do today, so I divided my training into two short sessions.
- Warmed-up alternating between Push-Ups and Chin-Ups, 15/15 for 5-min, followed by 5-min of jumping rope, 30/30 style. Next up, 12-min of Burpee/Boxing intervals.
- Trained with my friend Travis in the afternoon. We did our usual warm-up of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min. Then we did a quick set of kettlebell Turkish Get-Ups, about 3 on each side. To finish, 10-min of KB Swings, 30/30 style.
