Started the day with 1-min of yoga, a quick set of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, and a 400m ocean swim.
I did my afternoon kettlebell workout with my friend Travis. He had taken a few days off from training, so we kept things simple. We did our usual warm-up of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min, before moving on to Jungle Gym Chin-Ups. I did about 4 sets of 6. Next, 1-Arm KB Clean & Presses, 15/15 for 10-min. Finished with KB Swings, both 1-Arm and 2-Arm, 30/30 for 10-min.
