Wednesday Training, 4.13.11

First day of the Fit Monkey Hawaii 30 Day Challenge!

I trained twice today, once in the morning, once in the afternoon.

AM Workout

10-min of yoga, followed by five sets of 10 Hindu Push-Ups and 20 Hindu Squats. Moved on to Chins, doing 3 ladders, each up to 5. In between Chins I did sets of 20-30 Swings with a 44# kettlebell, for a total of 340 Swings.

PM Workout

10-min of yoga, followed by a few sets of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats. The number of reps varied, but I did about 30 Push-Ups and 40 Squats. For the swings, I used a 35# KB and did 10-min of 30/30, for a total of 180 Swings. Wrapped-up with a bonus of Clean & Presses, 15/15 for 8-min.

Totals

Hindu Push-Ups: 80, Hindu Squats: 140, Kettlebell Swings: 520
