Today’s workout was similar to Wednesday’s, with a couple of tweaks. Instead of two 35# kettlebells, I used one 44#. And I stuck to 5X5s instead of 10X3s. After warming up with joint mobility work and yoga, I alternated between Jungle Gym Chin-Ups and 1-Arm KB Military Presses. Then I moved on the Jungle Gym Dips and Body Rows. Did 5 sets of 5 for all moves. Usually I end with some KB Swings, but today I did something different. My friend Gary stopped by the park so we took some time to swing the Kali sticks and do some Sinawali drills. I love mixing in Filipino martial arts and kettlebells: It makes me feel like Jason Bourne!
