Did a bit of German Volume Training today. After warming-up with 10-min of yoga and joint mobility work, I alternated between Double Kettlebell Military Presses with a pair of 35# KBs and Chins using the Jungle Gym. I did 10 sets of 3. Then I moved on to Jungle Gym Dips and Body Rows, 5X5. Finished with 10-min of KB Swings, 30/30.
