Sunday Training, 4.03.11

Started off the morning with 10-min of yoga on the beach followed by a quick, easy swim.

In the afternoon, I worked out with my friend Travis Ewing. The theme was strong shoulders. After warming up with Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min, we moved on to Double Kettlebell Seesaw Presses and Bent Presses. Both of us used a pair of 35# KBs, and did 5 sets of 5 each. Wrapped up alternating between 1-Arm Swings and 1-Arm High Pulls, 15/15 for 10-min.
