It was a great spring day in paradise, so I grabbed my 44# kettlebell and headed to Kapiolani Park. After 10-min of joint mobility exercises and yoga, I moved on to the day’s workout. It was ladderpalooza time again! I did three rounds of two exercises, laddering up to 5 on each. The kettlebell exercise stayed the same for each set: 1-Arm Military Presses. This was alternated with a pulling move. One round was Pull-Ups, one was Neutral Grip Chins, one was Chin-Ups. Wrapped up with KB Swings, 30/30 for 10-min.
