Wednesday Training, 3.16.11

Warmed-up with Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min. Next up, alternated between Double Kettlebell Push-Presses and Single KB Military Presses, with 35# KBs, 15/15 for 10-min. Wrapped up with 1-Arm Swings, 15/15 for 10-min.
