Friday Training, 3.18.11

Decided to focus on bodyweight stuff today. Warmed-up with two sets of 15 Hindu Push-Ups and two sets of 30 Hindu Squats. Then moved on the ladders of Chin-Ups. I just kept going until I’d done a total of 50 Chins. Next time I think I’ll set a timer and see how long it takes. Did one more set of 15 Hindu Push-Ups and 30 Hindu Squats before doing 10-min of Swings with a 44# kettlebell, 30/30 style fore 10-min. Finished with Planks, Side Planks, and some BJJ-oriented core work.
