Monday AM Training, 3.14.11

Another short, classic kettlebell workout today with my wife today. After a brief warm-up, alternated between 1-Arm Clean & Presses and Snatches, 15/15, for 8-min. Followed with Swings, 30/30, also for 8-min. I used a 44# KB for all exercises. Afterwards, we did some planks for the core.
