Sort of a classic kettlebell workout today. After a brief warm-up, alternated between 1-Arm Clean & Presses and Snatches, 15/15, for 8-min. Followed with Swings, 30/30, also for 8-min. I used a 44# KB for all exercises. Then I put the kettlebell away, put on a 20# weight vest, and went for a 30-min walk through the neighborhood. This was Workout 1 for the day; I expect to do another short session this evening.
