Trained with Steven Saito today. Since Steven has been training hard for an upcoming fight lately, I thought it best to keep things simple and not too intense. We warmed-up with Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min. Next up, Kettlebell Swings, 30/30 for 16-min. We traded back and forth between the 35# and 44# KBs. That was it! Just a good, quick session to get the blood flowing, but not so intense as to risk overtraining.
