I took it a bit easy last week, taking the time to go for some long walks through my neighborhood. It’s good to do this every so often, to sort of regroup and refresh. But by Sunday it was time for some serious training again.
Trained with Travis Ewing. After 10-min of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, we moved on to 12-min of Long Cycle Kettlebell Clean & Jerks, switching hands every 5 reps. Finished with 12-min of Swings, 30/30 style.
