Trained with Travis Ewing and Steven Saito. After the usual warm-up of Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15 for 10-min, we moved on to KB Turkish Get-Ups. We did 2 sets of 5 on each side, then proceeded to KB Swings, 30/30 for 12-min. Rested a bit, and did 3 sets of Double Alternating KB Floor Presses. Not sure about the reps; we just did a bunch, stopping short of failure. Finished with more KB Swings, 30/30 for 12-min.
