The theme for this Valentine’s Day workout was shoulder stability. No, that has nothing to do with V-Day, but what the heck.
I trained with Travis Ewing and Steven Saito. We warmed-up with Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15, for 10-min. Next up was Kettlebell Turkish Get-Ups, perhaps the best exercise there is for keeping shoulders healthy. We each laddered up to 3, mixing in against-the-wall handstands in between. Finished with KB Swings, 30/30, for 10-min.
