Sunday Workout, 2.13.11

Trained with Travis Ewing  today. Warmed-up with Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15, for 10-min. Next up, Double KB Jerks with two 35# kettlebells. Again, we did this ladder-style, and again, in honor of Nigel Tufnel of Spinal Tap, we went to 11. Moved on to 10-min of 15/15, alternating between 1-Arm Clean & Presses and 1-Arm Snatches. Wrapped-up with 1-Arm and 2-Arm Swings, 30/30, for 10-min.
