Off to Kapiolani Park again today. Warmed-up with Hindu Push-Ups and Squats, 15/15, for 10-min. Then it was ladder time. I used a 44# kettlebell and the Pull-Up bar to do 4 exercises:
- Clean & Press
Laddered up to 3 on each 3 times. Wrapped-up with Swings, 1-Arm and 2-Arm, 30/30 for 10-min.
