After an absence of over a week, I returned to martial arts training last night. My right arm is still a bit mangled, so I did everything southpaw. Knife sparring with your weak hand against an opponent using his strong hand is very challenging! I had to skip any sort of grappling due to my arm, but did get in a few good rounds of kickboxing. With my right jab more or less out of commission, I got quite a bit of good practice on my left jab.
