Today’s Workout, 12.24.10

Started with 12-min of yoga. Followed up by 5 sets of 10 Hindu push-ups and 20 Hindu squats. Then grabbed my 44# kettlebell and headed outside for some 2-handed swings, 30/30, for 8-min.
