Today’s Workout, 12.20.10

Thanks to rains of near-Biblical proportions, training outside was not an option today, so I stayed indoors and worked on bodyweight stuff. Twelve minutes of yoga. Tri-set of 3 neutral grip chins, 10 Hindu push-ups, and 20 Hindu squats; 10 sets, with about a 1-min break between sets. Finished with side planks and other core work.
