Today’s training: Started with 12-min of yoga. Then on to GVT. I’ve been doing 10 sets of 4 chins, with 1-min rest. Today I tried for 10 sets of 5. Did fine up until the 9th and 10th sets, in which I found I could only muster 3 chins. Oh well… I’ll try again for 10X5 next week. Also did 10 sets of push-ups and some planks and other core work. Finished with 12-min of boxing/burpee intervals.
